CONSUMER RIGHTS - WITHDRAWAL - CANCELLATION REFUND CONDITIONS

GENERAL

If you place an order electronically through the website you are using, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and distance sales contract presented to you.
Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (RG: 27.11.2014/29188) and other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of the purchased product. 
Shipping fees, which are the cost of product shipment, will be paid by the buyers. 
The purchased product must be delivered complete and in accordance with the qualifications specified in the order and with documents such as warranty certificate, user manual, if any. 
In the event that it becomes impossible to sell the purchased product, the seller must notify the buyer in writing within 3 days of learning of this situation. Within 14 days, the total price must be returned to the Buyer. 
 

IF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT PRICE IS NOT PAID

If the Buyer does not pay the price of the purchased product or cancels it in the bank records, the Seller's obligation to deliver the product ends.
 

PURCHASES MADE WITH UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARD

After the product is delivered, if it is determined that the credit card paid by the buyer is used unfairly by unauthorized persons and the price of the product sold is not paid to the Seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the Buyer must return the product subject to the contract to the SELLER within 3 days at the expense of the SELLER. 
 

IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED ON TIME DUE TO UNFORESEEN REASONS

If force majeure occurs which the Seller cannot foresee and the product cannot be delivered in due time, the Buyer shall be notified. The Buyer may request cancellation of the order, replacement of the product with a similar one or postponement of delivery until the obstacle is eliminated. If the Buyer cancels the order; If the Buyer has made the payment in cash, this fee will be paid to him in cash within 14 days after the cancellation. If the buyer has made the payment by credit card and cancels it, the product price will be returned to the bank within 14 days from this cancellation, but the bank is likely to transfer it to the buyer's account within 2-3 weeks. 
 

BUYER'S OBLIGATION TO CHECK THE PRODUCT

The buyer shall inspect the goods / service subject to the contract before receiving it; dents, broken, torn packaging, etc. damaged and defective goods / services will not be received from the cargo company. The delivered goods / services shall be deemed to be undamaged and intact. The BUYER must carefully protect the goods / service after delivery. If the right of withdrawal is to be used, the goods / service should not be used. The invoice must be returned with the product.
 

DURATION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Before the expiration of the right of withdrawal period, the right of withdrawal cannot be used in service contracts where the performance of the service is started with the approval of the consumer. The notification to the Buyer regarding the right of withdrawal is presented in the Distance Contracts and Cancellation Conditions, and the Buyer orders knowing the conditions of withdrawal. 
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the SELLER must be notified to the SELLER within 3 (three) days by registered mail, fax, e-mail or by the method notified by the SELLER in writing or by the relevant method and the product must not be used within the framework of the provisions of “Products that cannot be used for the Right of Withdrawal” regulated in this contract. 
 

EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

RETURN TERMS

If there is a decrease in the value of the goods for a reason arising from the fault of the BUYER or if the return becomes impossible, the BUYER is obliged to compensate the SELLER's damages in proportion to its fault. Returns must be made with the original box or packaging.
Returns of products whose original packaging has deteriorated, have lost their resalability and cannot be purchased by another customer are not accepted.
It must be folded and packaged in at least 2 packages and all accessories must be folded and packaged without damage.
Returns and exchanges are not made for used, perfume, etc. and cosmetic residues detected or washed products.OTHERWISE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
In the event that the campaign limit amount issued by the SELLER falls below the campaign limit amount due to the use of the right of withdrawal, the discount amount benefited within the scope of the campaign will be canceled.
 

PRODUCTS THAT CANNOT USE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Underwear bottom parts, swimwear and bikini bottoms, make-up materials, disposable products, goods that are in danger of spoiling quickly or that are likely to expire, products that are not suitable for return in terms of health and hygiene if the packaging is opened by the BUYER after delivery to the BUYER, products that mix with other products after delivery and cannot be separated by nature, used or damaged products, goods related to periodicals such as newspapers and magazines, except those provided under the subscription agreement, services performed instantly in electronic media or intangible goods delivered to the consumer instantly, and audio or video recordings, books, digital content, software programs, data recording and data storage devices, computer consumables, if the packaging is opened by the BUYER. In addition, before the expiration of the right of withdrawal period, it is not possible to use the right of withdrawal regarding the services started to be performed with the approval of the consumer in accordance with the Regulation.
Cosmetics and personal care products, underwear products, swimwear, bikinis, books, copyable software and programs, DVDs, VCDs, CDs and cassettes and stationery consumables (toner, cartridges, ribbons, etc.) must be unopened, untested, intact and unused in order to be returned. 
In accordance with the following distance contracts regulation; products that will not use the right of withdrawal,
Contracts for goods prepared in accordance with the wishes or personal needs of the consumer.
Contracts for the delivery of perishable goods or goods that may expire.
Contracts for the delivery of goods whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened after delivery; contracts for the delivery of goods whose return is not suitable in terms of health and hygiene.
Contracts for goods that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated due to their nature.
Contracts relating to books, digital content and computer consumables provided in material media if the protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package are opened after the delivery of the goods.
Contracts for accommodation, transportation of goods, car rental, supply of food and beverages, and leisure time for entertainment or recreation, which must be performed on a specific date or period.
Contracts for services performed instantly in electronic media or contracts for intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer. 
Exchanged products are not refundable.
There is no return and exchange for the products in the campaign products, discounted products, accessories, blouses and underwear category.
 

DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES

The BUYER accepts, declares and undertakes that if he/she defaults in the event that he/she makes payment transactions by credit card, he/she will pay interest within the framework of the credit card agreement between the cardholder bank and the bank and will be liable to the bank. In this case, the relevant bank may apply for legal remedies; may request the costs and attorney's fee from the BUYER and in any case, if the BUYER defaults due to the BUYER's debt, the BUYER agrees to pay the loss and damage incurred by the SELLER due to the delayed performance of the debt. 
 

PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

You can benefit from online single payment opportunities with your credit cards through our website. For online payments, the amount will be debited from your credit card at the end of your order.
 


RETURN AND EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

Shipping fee for return and exchange belongs to the buyer. Exchange fee is 150₺ and return fee is 250₺.
As of the day you receive your return cargo, you must deliver it to the cargo within 2 business days. Otherwise, your return will not be accepted. 
Do not send your return product by putting it in the gelatin bag in the cargo bag that comes to you. (The product is damaged in shipments with single packaging).Otherwise, your return or exchange will not be made. Please send the product to us in at least 2 bags. In this way, you will send us the product undamaged.
You can find below the conditions necessary for us to serve you better and faster in terms of product return; If any of these are missing, product return is not accepted.
Returns of used or damaged products are not accepted.
If the products received by our quality assurance department are delivered in accordance with the return conditions, the refund of the product amounts will be processed on the day the product reaches us. The unpacking and control period of the product you have sent is realized within 1-2 business days. 
Returns must be made with the original box or packaging.
Returns of products whose original packaging has deteriorated, lost its resalability and cannot be purchased by another customer are not accepted. As soon as the odor is detected in the products you have sent, they will be sent to you again with the buyer's payment.

The shipping fee for returns belongs to the buyer. You must package the products you want to return in accordance with the conditions specified in the previous articles and deliver them to the cargo company (Sürat Kargo) using the code. You must send your return and exchange cargo with the order name and surname. Otherwise, we cannot reach you about your cargo.
Cargoes without a return and exchange form will not be accepted.
